One-liner builder
I use a clear one-liner to explain a raise quickly. Fill in the fields, then edit the result until every word is accurate.
Results appear here as you type.
General education only. Not legal, tax or investment advice. The builder only rearranges what you type.
The formula
The builder follows one pattern: we help (who) (do what) by (how), followed by your proof if you have it. It never adds proof, numbers or credentials you did not enter. It flags superlatives and promises about returns so you can rewrite them as facts, and it makes no compliance judgment.
Examples
- Real estate: "We help local investors participate in a neighborhood apartment renovation through a property-level offering, backed by a team with experience managing similar properties."
- Fund: "We help investors access a focused lower-middle-market strategy through a fund led by a manager with prior operating experience."
- Startup: "We help independent clinics coordinate patient scheduling through a simple software platform, built with feedback from clinic administrators."
- Operating business: "We help regional food producers reach more retail buyers through shared distribution and sales support, based on our existing supplier relationships."
- Real estate, no performance claim: "We are raising capital to acquire and improve a small industrial property, with a plan centered on leasing and property operations."
- Startup, short: "I help small manufacturers track production bottlenecks with a workflow tool, shaped by conversations with plant managers."
